Manhattan Milk Brings Home the Healthy Flavor


Jazz up your family's morning or after-school routine with our quick & easy SMOOTHIE Recipe; made with our local, fresh (and obviously hormone and antibiotic-free) and delicious milk.


Ingredients for 1-2 deliciously healthy servings:
3/4 cup Manhattan Milk (alternate between plain or chocolate) OR non-dairy alternatives
2 ice cubes (for a cooler creamier, texture try adding 1/2 of a frozen banana)
1 handful of your favorite Berries (alternate between seasonal options or use whatever fruit you have in the fridge)
1 dash of cinnamon (ideal blood sugar balancer and digestive aid)
1 scoop of greens powder (optional but very clean tasting and alkalinizing for brain and bone health)
1 heaping tablespoon of freshly-ground organic flax seeds (awesome fiber and healthy fat source)


Add all ingredients to blender and mix until smooth or desired consistency attained. ENJOY!
